Handcrafted Live Edge Statement Table
Formed from a highly figured slab and defined by a striking central join, The Meridian is a one-off piece designed to command attention.
Running through its core, a series of precision-cut hardwood bridges span the natural divide, transforming what would traditionally be filled into a defining architectural feature. Each element is individually shaped and set, creating a rhythm across the surface that is both structural and sculptural.
The surrounding grain tells its own story. Swirling figure, natural voids, and rich tonal variation are preserved and enhanced, with dark resin used sparingly to stabilise and contrast the organic form rather than dominate it.
Set on a solid steel base, the table balances weight and refinement — raw materiality elevated through careful design.

Our Process
Every project follows a defined path from concept to installation. Dimensions are agreed first, followed by selecting and reserving a slab. Resin options and base design are then confirmed. Once the specification is finalised, costs are agreed and manufacture begins.

Timber Species
The timbers most frequently used within our work are oak, walnut, ash and elm. Oak provides heritage and strength, walnut introduces warmth and contrast, ash offers light with lively grain, and elm is prized for expressive movement.

Made from beautifully figured English walnut, this table celebrates rich tone, natural variation and confident scale. A deep black resin river cuts through the centre, creating drama and contrast while allowing the timber to remain dominant. Supported by a sculptural base, the piece balances warmth with precision, delivering a refined centrepiece designed to anchor the room and command attention.

Book matched burr oak forms a dramatic canvas across this impressive 2200 × 1000 × 55 mm table, showcasing intricate figuring, swirling grain and beautiful natural symmetry.
